Pricing
Plans Designed Around Your Business
There is no single price that is fair to a corner shop and a three-branch wholesaler. Tell us how your business is shaped and we will quote against that, rather than against a list built for someone else.
No published price list — and that is deliberate
We have not published fixed plan prices, because a price that fits a single counter is not an honest one for a business running three branches, a warehouse and a wholesale ledger. Quoting numbers we would have to renegotiate in the first conversation would waste your time.
Instead, the plan is shaped around what you actually need: how many locations, how many people need access, which modules matter, and how much help you want with setup. Tell us that and we will give you a clear figure.
Pricing discussions are in PKR by default, reflecting where most of our early businesses operate. If you are outside Pakistan, that is not a problem — just say so when you contact us.
Number of branches
A single counter and a business running several branches plus a warehouse are different in scope.
Users who need access
How many people will work in the system, at the counter and in the office.
Modules you need
POS, inventory, purchases, customer dues, employees and reporting can be adopted to match how you operate.
Setup and migration
Bringing products, customers and opening stock in from spreadsheets or an existing system takes time.

What the platform covers
These are the capabilities described for Tijarat Desk. Which of them you use, and how much support you want around them, is what shapes a plan.
- Point of sale with barcode lookup and multiple payment methods
- Inventory with stock ledger, adjustments, transfers and packaging conversion
- Sales invoices, partial payments, returns and customer ledgers
- Purchases with vendor records, payables and stock receiving
- Employee records, attendance, leave and branch assignment
- Multiple branches, stores and warehouses with user branch access
- Business reporting covering sales, purchases, expenses, profit and loss, inventory and dues
- Excel and PDF report exports where applicable
- Expense recording included in business reporting
Not included: payroll processing, e-commerce storefronts and manufacturing production planning. We would rather name the gaps than let you assume. Ask about anything unclear.
Pricing questions
Answered plainly
If a question about cost is not answered here, ask it in the contact form — you will get a straight answer.
How can I request a demo?
Use the contact form on this website and tell us about your business — what you sell, how many locations you run and what you would like to improve. We will reply to arrange a demo that focuses on your operation.
How much does Tijarat Desk cost?
Plans are designed around the business — number of branches, users and required modules change what a suitable plan looks like. Request a demo and we will discuss the right fit rather than quoting a one-size-fits-all figure.
