Point of sale

Sell Faster. Keep Every Transaction Organized.

The Tijarat Desk POS is built for the counter: search or scan a product, adjust quantity, apply a discount, take payment and print an invoice — with the sale already recorded against stock and the customer's balance.

  • Barcode-assisted product lookup
  • Cash, bank, due and split payments
  • Invoices, held sales and returns

The problem

A busy counter is where most business data gets lost

At the counter, speed wins. When a sale is rung up in a hurry on a notebook or a standalone cash register, the details that matter later — which customer bought on credit, which item was discounted, which sale was partially paid — never make it into your records.

Over a month those small gaps turn into stock that does not match the shelf, customer balances nobody can confirm, and a daily closing figure that has to be reconstructed from memory.

What it looks like in practice

  • Manually written bills that are difficult to search or total later
  • Credit sales recorded on paper, with dues tracked loosely
  • Discounts and returns that never reach the accounts
  • Counter staff waiting on lookups while customers queue

How Tijarat Desk handles it

One screen, one flow, complete records

The Tijarat Desk POS keeps checkout to a few predictable steps. Products come in through search or barcode, quantities and discounts are applied on the line, and the customer is attached to the sale so credit sales stay attributable.

Because the POS posts straight into sales, inventory and the customer ledger, the counter becomes the point where records are created rather than the place where they go missing.

Faster checkout

Scan or search, adjust, take payment and print without leaving the screen.

Cleaner records

Every sale, discount, return and due amount is stored with the transaction.

Confident handovers

Shift changes and daily closing stay readable for the next person on the counter.

How it is designed to look

Questions

POS — frequently asked questions

Does the Tijarat Desk POS support barcodes?

Yes. Products can be looked up by barcode scan, and barcodes can be stored against products in the inventory module so the same product is recognised everywhere.

Can I sell to a customer on credit at the POS?

You can attach a customer to a sale and take a partial payment or leave a due amount. The unpaid balance stays against that customer's ledger so it can be followed up later.

Can one sale be paid using more than one method?

Yes. The POS supports splitting a single sale across multiple payment methods, including cash, bank payment and payment on account.

What happens to stock when I sell at the POS?

The sale is recorded against inventory, so stock levels for the products sold reflect the transaction. Stock adjustments and transfers are handled in the inventory module.
